How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long do you take to ship out items once payment is made?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.

How long does it take to receive my orders?

Once the order is dispatched, it will be delivered to customers at Singapore within 2-3 days. For international customers, you may expect the delivery within 7-15 days depending on your destinations. There could be slight delay due to customer clearance.

How much does international shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all international orders.

BACKORDERS (BO)

What is backorders (BO)?

Backorder is to give another chance for customers to purchase exclusive self-manufactured designs which are previously sold out. Backorders are only available in limited quantity, so do place your order early to confirm your slot.

What will happen if i order both ready stock and BO items in the same order?

Ready stock item(s) will be dispatched first, we will ship the second package once all the BO items arrived.

How long does it take for BO items to arrive?

It will normally take 3-4 weeks for the BO items to be delivered to your doorstep after the payment is made.

How do i purchase a BO item?

You just need to add the BO item (in the correct size/colour) to the cart and check out the order as per normal. The BO item will be dispatched in a later date once the BO item arrived.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

For online orders, we accept items in brand new condition (with original tags attached) for a full refund.
You have 30 days from the ship date to have your return shipped back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Please note that all pierced jewelry, intimate wear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns if item has been worn, altered or washed.
Postage/courier fees for returns will be at customer's own costs.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your returns. We will drop you an email once your returns has been processed.

How do I return my purchase?

Simply attach the return form or invoice and send the item back to us in their original packaging.

Can I exchange an item from my order?

You can. If you want to swap an item for a new size or colour, you can request an exchange by emailing us at hello@zoye.sg. We will reserve the item for you.

Will you refund shipping cost on my returns?

Postage/courier fees for returns will be at customer's own costs.
